Is it hype or the real deal?

Incredible location mere minutes to Dotonbori with fantastic room views. Staff were warm and professional, ensuring every need was met.

Room layout was tight for a family of four and some street noise was noticeable at night.

The location was canny lush, just a short walk to Dotonbori. Plus, I could grab free hot coffee 24/7. But the breakfast was a bit busy in the mornings. Still, I'd come back for the staff's proper friendly service!

Chur, the location was choice for hitting Dotonbori. But, I did notice a tiny cockroach in the lift and the bath wall wasn't up to scratch. a sweet stay!

The comfort of the Double Room was a standout, particularly for a couple seeking a secluded getaway. The convenience of being just a quick jaunt to Dotonbori was a major plus, making late-night snacks a breeze.

The daily towel change felt a bit intrusive, leaving us wishing for more privacy—this routine could use a rethink. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par either. we found some hairs in the bed and shower, as well as food marks on the wall that could've used a solid wipe down. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable, and an unpleasant damp smell drifted from the sink, which put a damper on the stay.

Superb location!

I loved how quick it was to get to all the best spots. Found plenty of good eats just a stroll away! Plus, they had a cozy little cafe with delish coffee that was perfect for my mornings.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Dotonburi, making it easy to find delicious food options. The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Plus, the laundry service was a great convenience for families.

The room layout was slightly cramped for my family of four, making it a bit tight during our stay.
